Most of the cleaning work in the dust-free workshop should be carried out regularly and frequently according to the regular schedule. Although only a small part of the cleaning work is carried out regularly according to the normal schedule, it is not too frequent. Some cleaning work in the dust-free workshop is arranged for the special circumstances of pollution, rather than according to the normal schedule.
In general, the frequency of cleaning should meet the needs of the clean room. In practice, the necessary adjustments should be made according to the risk assessment of the process and the evaluation of the cleaning effect. The frequency of cleaning can be summarized as follows:
1. Daily cleaning
General areas should be cleaned daily as required, I .e. at least once every 24 hours. Such as air lock room, dressing area at least once a day to clean, these places personnel activities are highly frequent, subject to serious pollution. Therefore, the frequency of cleaning is required to be higher than that of a dust-free workshop. These places shall be cleaned by vacuum cleaning and mopping according to the prescribed methods to prevent pollutants from migrating to the clean room.
2. Regular cleaning
Surfaces that are not cleaned daily should be cleaned regularly, such as once or twice a week. When cleaning, the product may need to be covered or removed from the area. Less risky surfaces can be scheduled for fewer cleanings, such as once a month or longer intervals. For example, some walls or ceilings in dust-free workshops should also be included in the daily cleaning schedule.
It should also be arranged in the plan to thoroughly clean the entire dust-free workshop facilities, the scope of which should include the cleaning of storage areas, service areas, pipes and equipment, etc., preferably arranged in the dust-free workshop for a long time to stop production on weekends, holidays or planned production facilities stop period. Under normal circumstances, the dust-free workshop is running continuously, and the number of times it can be thoroughly cleaned in a year may not be many. It is more necessary to arrange and plan in advance, and make good physical and material preparations. Once the production facilities are shut down, take the time to do a thorough cleaning.
3. Cleaning during and after construction or maintenance
Effective cleaning during the construction of the dust-free workshop has a significant impact on the pollution control effect of the dust-free workshop after completion. It must be cleaned while constructing, but not after completion. At present, the management mode of the construction process of most dust-free workshops in China needs to be improved.
