Safety management is an important part of enterprise production management, and it is a comprehensive system science. Safety management is mainly the organization and implementation of enterprise safety management planning, guidance, inspection and decision-making, at the same time, it is the fundamental link to ensure that production is in the best safety state. Like factories and workshops, they all belong to places with more people, and safety management is a problem that cannot be ignored. The safety management requirements for dust-free workshops are as follows:
(1) The dust-free workshop shall be specially designed, and its main building shall be of Grade I or II fire resistance rating. Non-combustible materials or materials treated with fire prevention shall be used as far as possible for structural fittings such as suspended ceiling, partition wall and heat preservation, heat insulation and decoration materials.
(2) If other buildings are converted into dust-free workshops, they should also be specially designed and reviewed by the public security fire department. Generally, the original fire separation shall not be damaged. The newly used heat preservation, heat insulation, separation and other materials and decorative materials shall not use combustible materials as far as possible. If they are to be used, they shall be treated with fire prevention.
(3) In order to prevent fire and burning, facilitate evacuation and rescue, the maximum allowable floor area between firewalls, fire separation and evacuation routes, etc., should generally have higher requirements than other buildings. There shall be emergency lights at entrances or corners.
(4) open flame heating is not allowed in the dust-free workshop, and the electric heating must be closed, and the heating temperature must be strictly controlled. Various heating devices shall be installed on a non-combustible base.
(5) Dust-free workshops with flammable and explosive articles and electrical appliances shall meet explosion-proof requirements; Electrical laying and installation shall be strictly required, and there shall be no joints in concealed wires. The electrical equipment should be maintained frequently, and the power supply should be cut off in time after use. For the electrical equipment that needs to be opened for a long time, special personnel shall be assigned to patrol and inspect after work.
(6) Flammable and explosive articles in the dust-free workshop are only limited to the amount on duty, and the remaining flammable and explosive articles shall be stored in other safe places after work.

The dust-free workshop and technical pipeline layer shall be provided with fire alarm device and automatic fire extinguishing facilities. According to the characteristics and requirements of the process production, the type and quantity of combustible substances, the fire resistance rating of the building and other factors to equip the necessary fire extinguishing equipment. Clean rooms with valuable, high-precision instruments and electrical equipment should be equipped with carbon dioxide, halon or sprinklers.
